Whatever happened to the Q word?
The Chartered Quality Institute commissioned this study to open a debate on whether the UK economy suffers from a quality gap.

This survey presents the headline findings of research conducted on behalf of the CQI by market research agency YouGovStone. It was completed online by 764 members of YouGovStone’s panel of influential people, including business leaders, directors, national journalists/editors, politicians and well known figures in their chosen areas from law to the City and the clergy.

The study and this report tell us how opinion formers view quality, reveals to what extent quality is managed in their organizations and lends valuable insight as to how and where we should address our efforts.
